Assessment, diagnosis including ABPI, pathology & scripts as required

Provision of Wound management plans

Collaborative practice with referrals to relevant health care teams

Education, mentoring & support for clinicians

Health promotion for clinicians, carers & residents on management and prevention of skin conditions and wounds

Organisational support reviewing current practices, procedures, wound consumables

Dressing product costs will be determined at the time of review. All efforts will be made to utilise any products the client has already available.
Medicare rebates can be processed at clinic reception at the time of payment.
